Pursuing MBA abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a MBA degree from abroad are:

However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in UK, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.

If you are really interested in film direction, find a college where you have faculty - not guest but permanent and regular faculty - that has made films and also guided student flm projects, preferably award winning ones. Second, understand that of all arts filmmaking is the most difficult to get in and most strenuous to work on. There are no job guarantees and its a looooooong struggle. That's why many students get into TV after doing a recognised PG degree in mass communication. Best wishes.
