If you are thinking of MBBS outside India then the best destination is Ukraine, then Russia and on third number is China. As you have to clear screening test after coming back to India you should opt for best institution and should not compromise with fee. There is no very big difference in fee structure of best institutions and lower grade institutions of these countries.
The best institutions cost around 2 lacs per year.
