Generally, the results for all regions are declared in the first week of August. But as per the official website -
" The results of compartment exam for the year 2012 will be declared on 31st July, 2012 (tentative) for Ajmer,Chennai,Panchkula and Allahabad Regions.
The results for remaining regions i.e. Delhi and Guwahati are set to be announced on August 4, 2012. "

I think the MA Media Production & IMC at Nitte University seems suitable to your needs. From what I gather they teach video promotionals production in addition to print media promos. If you are from the North try Amity although it can be a bit expensive comparitively.Check out the fees and make a decision.
