She can contact Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University - Andhra Pradesh for one year Certificate in Jyothisham . Once she does this certificate course then she can apply for diploma in the same college. She needs to contact this college in the month of March / April for fresh admissions. There are further courses also here. Besides, she can continue reading books & magazines.
