Hi,
In order to pursue MBA from AICTE approved institutes and recognized universities you need to have Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT,MAT,XAT etc.
Please note that some institutes even conduct entrance test of their own.

If you mean Diploma in Business Management, then as per your profile I would suggest you to work for some years and then opt for further studies, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialized course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects.

Considering your situation, as you have to work and as well as to study, its better to take the CFA when compared to MBA. As MBA vide distance learning is not well recognized in the industry and as a whole it does not have any significance in revenue terms except for a degree. Thus enroll for CFA as it is also a professional degree and its been recognized globally as well and you will be in a position to learn financial aspects in depth. On a whole prefer CFA over MBA
