Banking is one of the most sought after career choice among the students. It is an entry into a well paid, secure and status career. You can enter this profession through the below suggested:-
1. You can go ahead with the Bank Probationary Officer Exams. The eligibility criteria is graduation from recognized university and your age should be between 21-30 years.
2. You may Diploma or Certificate Courses in Banking and Finance or even gain National/Bombay Stock Exchange Certifications.
3. Pick Finance as your specialization in MBA.

After completing Bcom you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.com etc)
However, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opt for further studies.The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects.
- If you wish to pursue MBA, then this work experience would help you to decide which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
- The other advantage of work experience would be that during admission in MBA, you will have advantage over candidates with no work experience.
- Finally, if you work for few years then you may yourself manage your expenses for your further studies.
I would suggest that before opting for any course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course as per your interest and liking.
As a student you should give your 100% in whichever course you opt for, and if you do well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem.
