Hi,
As per your query, I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for further studies, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialized course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects.
However, you may surely pursue actuary in risk management but in order to pursue this course you need to be good in Mathematics/Statistics.
All the Best.

Hi Rishi,
As Shiksha is an education portal and believes in unbiased guidance so it would be unfair to give any personal suggestion regarding any specific institute.
However, if you are planning to take admission, it is always advisable to check important parameters, such as :
- Recognition
- Success Rate
- How old the institute is
- Course details
- Faculty
- Infrastructure
- Alumni/Student Feedback
- Fees
You may contact the institute officials personally for specific information before joining the institute.
Please feel free to discuss more. Click on the thumbs up or mark it as the best, if you found this useful.
Wish You Luck!
