No, you cannot. There are no lateral entry admissions in IITs and NITs till now.
So, you may opt for other colleges through lateral entry.

After the 1st year, whether you pass/attempt first year examinations or not, you are eligible to seek admission to 2nd year M.Com by submitting the Course Registration Form as per the schedule notified by the university.
