Your options are very selective. Both of courses offer good career prospects. You can choose either of any courses on the basis of inclination against subjects and interest. However, you can prefer as (a) M.Sc. In Economics from respective institutes or (b) MBA finance. For more details, kindly visit https://shiksha.com/MBA ORMSc.
All the best.

Hi,
First, she needs to decide what she wants to study. She has to check various programme details on university websites and the university admission requirements. Since she will be having a M.Com already applying for a second Masters degree will be very difficult. So let her decide what type of work she wants to do and thereafter choose the programme. If she gains some work experience in India she can apply for MBA. No she cannot obtain open work permit, not now. If she wants to apply for work, she can check job portals and contact immigration agents who can help her with this.
