Eligibility criteria for lateral entry for B.Sc operation technology is stated by the institute as follows:
Candidate must have passed 2 year pre-university examination or equivalent as recognized by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences with physics, chemistry and biology as principle subjects of study.
Lateral entry to second year for allied health science courses for candidates who have passed Diploma program from the Government Boards and recognized by RGUHS, fulfilling the conditions specified and these students are eligible to take admission on lateral entry system only in the same subject studied at diploma level.
So, if you have cleared two year pre-university examination, you will be eligible to take admission in this institute for B.Sc operation technology.

Doing Ph.D in any stream is a very tough decision because this requires a lot of patience, consistency, time and money also. However, it depends upon own caliber and interest and if you think you can. Now, coming to the point, in my opinion, you have already taken the PG in manufacturing engineering. So, now, the time is to apply your knowledge/ qualifications in real market. For this, you have to search a suitable jobs first because finding a suitable job in today's competitive market is also a big challenge. For this, you may start your preparation for Civil services, IES Banking, Railways and government PSUs etc. Ph.D can also be done within the jobs also by availing higher study leaves.
2. The eligibility criteria of most of the Universities/ Colleges for Ph.D. is almost same because all are requires Graduation/PG with 50-60% marks along with a valid GATE score.
