You can apply for Canadian student visa but your scores in speaking can be matter of concern as universities and colleges have the requirement of 6.5 or 7 with band no less than 6 for IELTS.

If you want to do B.Ed, first of all, you have completed your graduation. Then, you can apply for B.Ed but if you want to primary teacher. So, you can do PPT or BTC after 12.

The first thing you need to do after passing out from school is to sit for CLAT if studying in the National Law Schools is your priority but if you just want a Law degree then there are other Law Entrance Exams you can sit for like BLAT, ISAT, SET, AILET. These exams are for admissions in Colleges who are not affiliated to CLAT.

I suggest you, instead of correction you should work hard and give another examination after preparing well, read news papers, watch English news, and speak in English everyday at least for 3 hours then it might possible you will get good score. All the best.

Criteria for Canada is minimum 6.5 bands over all and not less than 5.5 in any of the individual. So, I suggest you to reappear for the exam and work hard.
