Hi,
You should pursue a masters course and try to take your studies seriously while pursuing the masters course. It would not matter whether you do it from India or abroad. Just make sure your credentials are good int he masters course.

Hi, MSC Applied Biotechnology's job prospect are very good in Canada and McGill again highly rated University, opportunities are endless. You should apply and its not at all risk so apply with good luck. Only major problem is seats are very limited for International students and chances of getting admissions are rare. Still apply and wait for few months. Even apply to few more options so something can be clicked before your desire intake. What is your graduation percentages? Whether you have taken IELTS and GRE? For more information you can send your detail biodata to educationworld302@gmail.com or contact on 079 2630 4999 or 2630 5999

I would like to answer your question in points:
1) Minimum IELTS score required would be 6.5 band score with a minimum score of 6 in each section.
2) Regarding your BSC degree, if your degree is a 3 year degree, then you are not eligible to study in Canada. You would need to target universities in UK and Europe.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.
