The best possible course as per your qualifications and interests would be a regular masters in pharmacy. In order to be eligible for the same at this university, you need to have atleast 75% and above in your bpharmacy, as well as a GRE score above 1200(1300+ recommended).

Although there are not many Institutes giving PhD program in Social Work few of them which you may try are:
Jamia Millia Islamia
IGNOU
Institute for Social and Economic Change
National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences
Madras School of Social Work
Tata Institute of Social Sciences
Few of them will have correspondence and few have regular program.
