The placements are not dependent on any single parameter. Recruiters choose candidates that can fit in the role on offer.
As far as marks are concerned, some Recruiters do have a criteria of graduation score greater than 60% but that varies with companies and profiles.

The placement scenario of IFMR has been positive since inception offering 100% placements every year. For the earlier batch the avg package was around 8.2L p.a. We have a very strong faculty strength with professors from Harvard, Stanford, IIM's and IIT's teaching here. We have some esteemed guest faculties also. Study is very interactive with presentations and case studies from HBR, IVEY Publishing etc. Apart from classroom studies there are various online resources provided by the institute to provide a deeper understanding of the subject

Hi.
Parameters that you can keep in mind while choosing an institute.
You can consider the below parameters

2) Affiliation / Recognition,
3) Course Material,
4) Quality Education,
5) Fees,
6) Infrastructure,

Hi,
Civil Services offer an attractive and challenging career to the ambitious, the aspiring and the talented.
Two papers in prelims- Reasoning Aptitude and English Comprehension. Main exam is entirely subjective.
Select optional subjects considering your own comfort in understanding the subject and the process should be done carefully since it is the very deciding factor for your selection in this prestigious exam.
Preparing for UPSC requires combination of smartness and hard work. Do the right things to gain an edge over your competition:
1. Get the right books for Prelims.
2. Start preparing at least 10 months before.
3. Solve past year

Hi Amar,
To pursue a Masters from Canadian universities, applicants must have a four years bachelor's degree with high academic standing. Your degree must have been obtained from an affiliated and recognized University/Institute. Certain programs such as:
1. Graduate Diploma or PG Diploma programs.
Do consider the three years bachelor degree. Many students complete a one year PG diploma course in India or complete first year of a master degree in India and then apply for masters. Weigh all pros and cons and decide accordingly.
Hope this helps.

Hi Mridusmita,
Several scholarships are available. Ph.D students have a plenty of scholarship options which are awarded by a country's government. Where do you plan to study? It will be easier to list out country specific scholarship if you can be more specific with your target country.
Do write back.
