No, ACT exam centres are not available in all Indian states. They are limited to selected major cities across a few states- meaning many states in India do not have any test centres. Some of the major cities that have ACT test centres are - New Delhi, Noida, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Kolkata and Bhubaneswar.
