Should I go for LPU for CSE or go for any other college as I have heard a lot of rumors about it? But LPU has a good placement record.

Being an alumni of LPU I had lot of friends in CSE stream so I had an idea about the B.Tech CSE. They are placed in eminent institutions by completing their study from LPU as they found themselves quite fortunate! So I will be sharing certain details of LPU with you. An Engineering programme which seamlessly articulates the concepts from basic Science to technology with relevant practice through lab and projects for building the problem solving skills, keeping industry requirements in place. Students will develop competence in areas like programming, Database Management Systems, Networks and Security, Operating Systems, Cloud Computing etc. B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering is related with algorithms, computation, programming languages, programme design, computer hardware, computer software etc. It is a comprehensive course in computer systems and applications. The students who pursue the course of Computer Science Engineering are taught about design, the implementation as well as management of computer software and hardware. 1 Placements :Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. Nobody should focus on the rumors, it is always better to SEE for yourself rather than believing any rumors. Well in my opinion, I will recommend Lovely Professional University. As an alumnus of LPU, I feel proud to answer this question. I was a student in the B.Tech CSE of 2012 batch, the knowledge that I gained while my course duration has helped me a lot in shaping my career. I am currently working as an Application Development Analyst in Accenture, Noida. To begin with, LPU provides a lot of options in engineering only. It is one of the most highlighted courses. It has B.Tech and B.Tech (Hons) courses. B.Tech (Hons. ). With time they had introduced my new programs considering in mind the change occurring in technology. LPU has one of the best placement records in the whole of India and that is why students want to join LPU to get placed. Right from Google to Microsoft, LPU alumni are working with the top brands at the package of 1 crore and above. Annually, more than 450 brands come to LPU to recruit the students, where 90% of them are MNCs. Moreover, 80+ companies that recruit from IITs and NITs also recruit from LPU. Yes, you heard it right. Being a student of LPU I can tell you that LPU surely has good placements. I have seen so many of my seniors getting placed in really well-known and good companies. Some of them got placed in amazon, Microsoft, and some of them in adobe, cognizant, The Ritz Carlton, etc. , LPU has always been a good choice for CSE aspirants and LPU has always been known for its innovative teaching and their CSE dept. Every year thousands of students apply to this course in LPU and it has been increasing each year. LPU has top-class faculty members from IITs, NITs, IIITs, and most of them PhDs. LPU is the best college for B.Tech CSE. Starting with the academics, all the subjects you are going to study, their syllabus is designed keeping in mind the industry demands and the syllabus is vetted by company officials. The faculty start teaching you the basics and this what a student wants. In CSE, they offer different specializations like cybersecurity, IoT, data Science, machine learning, and many more.
