Should I go for LPU for CSE or go for any other college as I have heard a lot of rumors about it? But LPU has a good placement record.

    Hi Divyanshu, Please go ahead and join Lovely professional University for CSE course without any second thought. My brother has completed B.Tech CSE from LPU itself and he is satisfied with everything be it academics, placements, exposure, etc. Currently he is working with Amazon with the highest package. You should not give a second thought to it as you will be making the best decision of your life by choosing LPU for engineering studies.     LPU is good colleges for B.Tech CSE I know this because my brother is pass out student from Lovely Professional University and he told me that so many organizations visited campus for placement process with a good package, average package for CSE student is 4 lacs per annum and if a student maintains his/her CGPA then definitely he/she will be placed.     THE FINANCE MINISTER HIMSELF INAUGURATED OUR START UP SCHOOL. Honorable Finance Minister of India, Shri Arun Jaitley inaugurated LPU's Startup School. The School serves to build a culture of entrepreneurship through mentorship sessions with entrepreneurs in residence, business plan competitions and an investment fund. And lpu is better.

    Lovely Professional University is great university for Engineering programme. I would recommend you to join LPU for CSE programme. LPU is the best engineering college in Punjab for CSE.     University is good or bad, is always subjective. There arises individual differences which leads to these kind of statements. There could be a place which you may prefer and I may not. It could be because of many factors like situation, mind set, preferences etc. Every rising institution would have many competitors who would try to spoil the name and fame of the organisation, so I don't believe in the rumours. You are yourself mentioning regarding good placements, then false rumours by competitors are bound to come.     Rumours are just rumours at the end. LPU is one among the best 5 universities of the country so obviously rumours travel along the fame too. It is very much known for its placements and ample exposures, both national and international. You can definitely go for it as it provides quality education at reasonableprice. Good wishes.
