Alternatively, network with your local CFA Chapter members and look for postings abroad. Network and publicize your CFA charter on LinkedIn and other career networking websites. After clearing all the levels of CFA, you can get into Financial Advisory, Investment Banking, Rating Agencies or IT Industry. Your role will be more revolving towards - Portfolio Management - investment decisions relating to the money of other people who have given the control of that money in the manager's hand or a person who is in charge of a firms asset and liability (loan and deposit) portfolios Risk Manager - Who assess the companies/banks risks in Market/Operational Activities/Credit Research Analyst - In credit rating companies or investment banks. Giving reports and notes to its clients after analyzing all that the client would want to know. CFA prepares you to analyze and derive the information about a firm in such an efficient way that you don't miss out on anything. Consultant - Who acts as a bridge between technology and business process. Manages the team and leads them towards achieving the project goals.
