    Cabin crew help assure the comfort and safety of airplane passengers. They provide food and beverage service on many flights. They also instruct passengers about safety measures before and during flight operations. They act as customer service contacts with travelers, answering questions about rewards programs and handling complaints. Finally, they serve an important security role by observing passenger behavior and reporting and handling any problems they encounter. Cabin crew are employed in Domestic Airlines, International carriers, VIP or corporate aviation, training academies. The average salary for a cabin crew in India is Rs 4+

    Dear Aspirant, The Aviation sector has been providing numerous job opportunities in India. Career prospects and the possibility of landing a high paying job in Aviation sector depends a lot on the quality of the Institute from which you pursue the course. Today, I am Flying as a Cabin Crew with one of the most reputed Airline in India. Cabin Crew play major role in the Safety of the passengers and providing First Aid to the ones in need. The notion that Crew in flight is there to Serve you tea-coffee is absolutely not true. As I mentioned, Safety and First Aid is the primary role of a cabin crew.     The minimum education qualification for becoming an air cabin crew member is 10+2 pass or graduation from a recognised board/university. There are ample institutes offering different Diploma and certificate courses, like Diploma in airline and travel management, cabin crew certificate of Diploma in professional cabin crew services, Diploma in professional ground staff services, international Diploma in cabin crew training, and certificate courses in flight attendant training, airport operations, basic travel management, basic airline management, and ticketing and travel agency management, etc.
