What are the government job opportunities after completing B.Com (Hons.)?

A candidate with B.Com can submit an application to various jobs under the UPSC, SSC, IFS, Banks, Postal service, Railways, Defense, and State PCS, etc. Central Government Jobs after B.Com: Most of the Central government job vacancies are filled by the UPSC examinations. After B.Com hons following are the opportunities available: 1. Appear for SSC CGL exam and you can land up in a department of your choice if you manage to get through the exam. 2. Banking exams. 3. If you score above 60% in graduation then you can apply for the exam of RBI.

The SSC (staff selection commission) is used to get jobs in different government organizations like accounts assistant, tax assistant, and other related jobs. 2)Banking Jobs: The banking sector is another major recruiter of B.Com graduates. Some of the openings for B.Com graduates in a Bank are Clerical to Probationary officer posts. Most of the banks hold entrance exams for recruitment and may also have other rounds to employ candidates. 3)In Indian Railways: Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) carries out different examinations for employing qualified candidates for which B.Com graduates can also apply.
