What are the major differences between BCA & MCA and B.Tech & M.Tech (CSE)?

While BCA gives students good technical knowledge, it is advisable to complete your MCA to give yourself a career-wise push. After graduation, a student with a B.Tech degree has greater job opportunities than a student with a BCA. MCA is generally assumed equivalent to B.Tech in IT and CSE field as course structure is same but B.Tech is a better course as it is technical course but both the courses have its own importance and depend upon the candidate interest. Both are same, if you see coding part but in B.Tech you will study basic Math's, Chemistry, Electrical where in MCA these subjects are not available.

Lovely professional University is the best engineering college in Punjab for CSE. , Number of admissions in CSE department have been increased rapidly and has become one of the popular courses among engineering aspirants. BCA makes you adept at the application level of computers whereas B.Tech makes you proficient at the 'technical' level (Software, Hardware, applications etc). Whereas for BCA students need to have secured good grades in any of the Arts/Science or Commerce streams.
