What are the major differences between BCA & MCA and B.Tech & M.Tech (CSE)?

BCA makes you adept at the application level of computers whereas B.Tech makes you proficient at the 'technical' level (Software, Hardware, applications etc. ). Whereas for BCA students need to have secured good grades in any of the Arts/Science or Commerce streams.

While BCA gives students good technical knowledge, it is advisable to complete your MCA to give yourself a career-wise push. Basic is same in both. But, in B.Tech you will get more practical knowledge and more subjects you will study.

Both are same, if you see coding part but in B.Tech you will study basic Math's, Chemistry, Electrical where in MCA these subjects are not available.

In a standard three-year degree programme like BCA you will learn about technical topics in quick bursts but in a B.Tech programme, you will learn about topics in technical fields in depth. Choose your degree programme wisely. All the best.
