I would recommend for MBA rather than EMBA because EMBA is just a certificate course, not a degree course where MBA is a degree programme. Second EMBA is beneficial for those who have minimum 5 years of experience.

The Executive MBA programme is mostly suited for experienced professionals like you, usually Executive MBA graduates have 5-8 years of work experience. EMBA applicants are normally older and who already has a work experience in career. Where as MBA is for who are looking for immediate career change or who are looking for wider experience.

An executive MBA is a residential full-time fast-track program while a part-time MBA may be a part residential program. While both programs might be similar in content overall, the methodology of course delivery, rigour and training in an executive MBA is quite similar to that of a 2 year regular/mainstream program.
While it is a matter of personal choice, one should not settle for either of the above courses from an institute of cadre below that of an IIM or equivalent institute of repute. -
Full time MBA:-
If you enter an MBA program as a Full time MBA student, you won't make much money for two to three years as you won't be able to hold a full-time job while enrolled. Full-time MBA programs are structured for 23 to 30-year-olds who can afford to leave the workforce for a while. There is also the expectation that students will live on or near campus and regularly attend classes. The workload in a full-time MBA program is greater and the class schedule more demanding than in a part-time program.

Hi,
For a working professional, executive MBA is a best option.
1. A full time executive MBA in India prepares professionals for emerging global business circumstances and when you are already in that corporate world, it will enhance down your skills and give you a competitive respect.
2. It provides them with a great deal of experience and excellent skills and exposure.
3. It helps one handle emerging issues with a theoretic and practical approach.
