You can go for executive MBA along with on job training from IPS Business School, Jaipur. This college conducts classes from 0800 hours to 1100 hours followed by work experience after the session in a renowned company. So, both of the motive can be accomplished as it won't be expensive for you, also you will be working as a professional.

I think for working professionals Executive MBA is better option, because in executive MBA they will get proper knowledge and will learn more because part time MBA can give only a paper degree but in executive MBA you have to give your efforts and time so it will be more fruitful.

Study MBA in distance mode from some good university, like IGNOU, LPU, Amity, Sikkim Manipal, etc. and for Executive MBA (1 year duration course), you should have working experience of minimum 3 years then only you will be able to join the course.

An EMBA, or an executive Master of Business Administration, is also a two-year program, but it's aimed at business executives with five years' managerial experience. The average age of students ranges from 32 to 38 years.

EMBA is better. One should try to crack the competitive exam. One should opt for part-time MBA as the last resort.

For working professionals, executive programs are available at IIMs which have good value.
As it is the most sought one in terms of its quality and value, IIM-Bangalore prefers working professionals more.
Part-time MBA is available in many other institutions, but the executive MBA is a better option.

It depends on the number of years of experience you have. If you have more than 6 years of work experience, you can go for EMBA, otherwise, opt for general MBA.
