MBA in HR deals with the management of Human Resources like salary, performance appraisal, training and development, forecasting demand and supply, recruitment, exit formalities and other HR processes. HR is to basically manage the people in the company. Public administration deals with the management of stakeholders, public, customers, brand image, corporate communication, etc.
