    You can easily learn this as a part of your course in B.Tech or BCA because these two fields are the beginning of computer world which consists each and every element of computer and software.     Computer Programming is the process of creating a set of instructions that tell a computer how to perform a task. Programming can be done using a variety of computer "languages, " such as C, COBOL, Pascal, Fortran, SQL, Java, Python, C+, etc. There is no perquisite to learn computer programming. It will be good that before proceeding with learning programming aspirant should have at least basic understanding of computer, mathematics and logical reasoning.     There is no specific eligibility criteria for learning Java and also there are no colleges who teach Java as a course. It is part of either B.Tech or BCA while pursuing a degree course. Anyone who wishes to learn java can get themselves enrolled in private institutes and learn it.
