For starters, you should have a minimum mark of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Math. Also, you need good communication skill. Usually, a total flying time of 250 hours is required to be an airline navigator. In this 250 hours, it includes 150 hours solo and 25 hours across the home country. He/she must be at least 23 years old and should hold a commercial pilot certificate. They should have a record of at least 1,500 hours total time as a pilot and also must be recorded at least 50 hours in a multi-engine aero plane. These are the general commercial things that are required to be an airline navigator.

A flight navigator also has to keep the plane on course once in the air. And that aspect of the job has not changed. They are still responsible for getting a plane from one point on the map to another. Navigators today rely on global positioning systems and inertial navigation systems. They just have to punch in the coordinates of where they want to go, and most planes today can get there almost without any human help. The basic eligibility to start a career in airline navigation, one has to have a Bachelors degree in Aircraft operations, aviation, aeronautical engineering or related field with a specialisation in navigation techniques

In airline navigator, there is not a direct recruitment of navigator. Actually, there is no requirement of navigator in airlines streams. If you really like the navigation in aviation field, then join IAF, there is a post of navigator.
