A minimum aggregate marks of 55% or equivalent CGPA in the qualifying degree is required. For SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/differently-abled candidates, a relaxation of 5% may be applicable.
Applicants may need to qualify for an entrance test conducted by LPU or have valid scores from national-level exams such as UGC NET, CSIR NET, GATE, etc.

Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT, commerce, arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .
