    Lovely professional university is the first private university to get accreditation from the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). LPU provides the quality education by the well qualified teachers. LPU has become a brand across the globe. It has various national and international tie-ups. LPU provides a proper atmosphere or environment for agriculture students.     LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every eligible student to secure good placement with the help of a dedicated Division of Career Services (team of about 40 persons), Center for Professional Enhancement and faculty/staff from parent Schools.
    In the field of agriculture university provides courses from graduation level to PHD level.
    In Agriculture at the graduation level 90% of the student are placed with highest package of 23 LPA and average package of 3.3 LPA.

    BACHELOR OF SCIENCE (HONS.) AGRICULTURE is offered by LPU.

    I am a student of LPU and I am living in a hostel. My roommate doing a bachelor's in agriculture. She is saying B.Sc Agriculture is an amazing course. This is a 4-year program in which students get the knowledge about genetic and plant breeding, Agriculture, soil sciences and plant pathology, etc. It also gives information to grow plants with the help of modern technology.

    LPU is the first private University to get ICAR accreditation. Special inputs in the form of placement classes are given to students to hone their skills and prepare them for placements.
  • LPU is well known for its B.Sc (Hons) Agriculture course. LPU is the first private University to get ICAR accreditation. The faculty is well qualified and most of them are Ph. Ds and provide full support to the students. The best thing is the university does not compromise with the academics as all the lectures are held and if a faculty wants a leave either the makeup lectures are planned or adjustments are provided for that particular slot.
