The choice of an MBA program should depend one one's career aspirations and interest areas. MBA in HR or marketing are totally two different fields. If one picks up a talent acquisition role in HR or a sales role in marketing, then both the roles will have target oriented jobs. However, if one pick other areas in HR or a product domain profile in marketing, then target orientation may not be there. -

8 years agoYes, the entire industry in working on cost factor, so get prepared for targets and also don't get afraid of targets because there are other parameters as well on which your performance get measured.
