    Qualities required for becoming a film director –
    Authority
    Great filmmakers must have a strong sense of authority as they are responsible for leading a team in creating an outstanding finished product. Hence they must command the team to ensure they are working at their best.
    Communication
    Great filmmakers must have excellent communication skills. Clearly articulating what their production goals are and be able to work with all team members in accomplishing the goal.
    Creativity
    They must be very creative, and be able to generate ideas for stories, backgrounds, music, and other elements involved in a producing a film.

    Listen and think first, It's not a job, its a lifestyle. Filmmaking consumes every single waking moment. Unless one has a passion for what he/she is doing, he/she won't be able to do this. Personal challenge is to juggle with your dream personal life. Manage that properly and we will all think you are a magician. Are you ready to grab the same? This work also takes up a huge amount of physical and mental resources. Health needs to be dealt with in detail. It's not about how hard you work, it's about how smart you work.     A film director is like a corporate director. The director is one who provides a particular direction to move on! So you need to have the qualities and skills as similar as a corporate director has. To giving you a sense of my saying, you should to posses with:
    (#) Communication Skills: Needless to say that more than half of your day will be spent to talk with the casting. If you are not good in this skills you might not be able to deliver the message.
