    1) want to become scientist in engineering./sc.field, u can study maths at +2
    2) in biology field, maths not required.
    3) taking both in +2, u a eligible to become scientist in all fields like Science/engineering./biology
    4) now Your turn to decide, I which field u want to become scientist

    you should consider taking maths and then follow up to your further studies in PhD. in whatever stream you like and achieve your dreams.

    Math is the backbone for Science. To become a Science, the fundamental requirement is a good knowledge of Math and being comfortable with Computer. You have got to be comprehensive, with a knowledge of English also.

    You should go either for PCM or PCB stream. It also depends on your interest. If you are interested in biology, then you must take PCB because in future we may need some more cures to diseases because of the excess global warming and another factors too.
    If you are interested in mathematics, then you can go for that too.

    You want to be scientist in which field? If biological sciences go for life science stream, if you want to be scientist in mathematical sciences, then go for maths or statistics.
