Chandigarh university is better than LPU for pursuing CSE. Cu is known for its placement in reputed Multi-national companies like IBM Microsoft, amazon and many more.200+ companies visit every year for recruitment. CU have best infrastructure. Best faculty and staff. Campus is divided into two parts north campus and south campus there are events every month for the exposure of students.

Both LPU and Chandigarh universities are similar for pursuing B.Tech CSE graduation degree but LPU has additional edge of exposure, updated curriculum and good placements because of its aggressive brand building efforts. I personally believe LPU is the best University. I guess Chandigarh university is a very good option for CSE as most of the companies come here for CSE field. The placements start from the end of your 6th sem. You will surely be placed in a company but only through your self study, teachers here are not upto the mark. And also consider that CSE alone has 2500 students for your year. It's all about competition and exposure.
