Which college is better among LPU and Chandigarh University to pursue CSE?

Applicants, We shouldn't compare the two, both universities are good for that. But as an LPU student, I would like to say that the LPU is much better. How shall I put it? Because my few friends study at CU. So I already have the perspective of both universities. Ranking, education, location, technology and infrastructure in all aspects, LPU is better. Ranking: When I talk about ranking, LPU is among all top 100 public and private universities. What touched me the most this year was the current ranking of the world university rankings, again among all state and private universities. Placement: Location is the second most important factor an applicant can consider when seeking admission to a college/university. In this way, 90-95 students get a place in a nice technical college with 100 students. Specifically at B.Tech, the highest salary package was 64 lacs per year. In management there were 21 lacs per year. Therefore, in my view, their packages are excellent compared to any other university. Infrastructure: there are green areas in the university in my different areas, air-conditioned classrooms, Google lab, IMAC lab, court simulation, great Art lab, farmland, space center, playgrounds and shelters for girls and boys.

<p dir="ltr">Chandigarh University is honestly a greatpick for CSE. I love how the campus atmosphere is really energetic and tech-focused, plus they offer so many specializations like AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Cybersecurity. A huge bonus is their tie-ups with top companies like IBM and Microsoft, which means you get to work on real-world projects and learn directly from industry experts.</p><p dir="ltr">One thing that really stands out is the placement track record—lots of students have bagged roles at places like Amazon and Deloitte, and some even got international offers! Also, CU recently ranked 20th among all universities in India in the NIRF 2024 rankings, whichis a big deal. If you're serious about tech, CU is definitely worth considering.</p>

<p>Both the universities are good at their own place. Here you need to do the comparison. A good university is the one where is good faculty, infrastructure, placements, events etc. By comparing these features you can take the decision. You can visit to websites of both or can visit to campus. One of my known is in LPU in the same course. Reviews are pretty good. But you need to be wise. Take your decision by yourself. If you are looking forward for pursuing CSE in LPU, it's a good option. I would like to share my cousin's experience:<br>He told that With the advancement of course you'll be learning numerous programming languages. In the third year, SAP will be introduced in the curriculum. Limited number of Universities provide this course. Here in LPU, students will learn SAP for the entire third year providing them an edge. At the end of second year students get an option to choose one of seven different minors to pursue (IOT, Big Data, Web Development, Machine Learning, Android App Development, Data Science, Cyber Security). A student can opt for any, according to field of interest. Students start getting internship and job offers from the 6th semester on wards. If you are eligible and possess all the requirements needed by the recruiter, then you may get placed in the 6th semester itself. The packages are quite decent too, for instance the first company that visited the campus in 2018 gave a package of 13 LPA. Apart from all the curriculum you'll come across, literally, 100s of technical and non-technical competitions being held. Participating in them will give you an extra exposure, an extra platform to share your knowledge and showcase your skills. Summarizing up, if you are really interested in pursuing Computer Science and Engineering then Lovely Professional University is one the best options available. Great professors, great environment, everything is just as good as it can be. The curriculum may feel heavy as compared to other courses, but in the end it'll be worth it.</p>

<p>Chandigarh University is the bestest to pursue CSE. The CSE department is also awesome, the&nbsp; classrooms, labs and library are modern and well-equipped. The department also holds hackathons, tech clubs and live projects, which give students more chances to learn outside class. The placements are also very amazing, MNCs such as Microsoft, Amazon, Wipro, Flipkart come to hire CU students. Plus, the vibe here is so lively. Students from all over India and abroad make it such a colorful and diverse place. There's always something happening, events, activities. Not only this, the university has so many clubs and you can get into music, dance, drama, art and more.&nbsp;</p>

Dear Ashish Arya, I would recommend LPU to pursue the CSE programme over Chandigarh University in terms of quality education and placements. LPU offers various degree programmes in the CSE domain such as Diploma, B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. I did MBA from LPU and one of my friend's younger brothers is also studying over there in B.Tech CSE. There are a few parameters I would like to share with you why CSE is good at LPU. Great Placement: LPU has a good placement record for CSE students.
