Which college is better for B.Tech CSE in terms of academics and placement: LPU or SRM, Chennai?

For both academics and placements, I think LPU is better. As far as I remember, last year they had around 600 companies there for placements including the companies like Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, etc. Considering the academics, it is better too. You will find the professors here very helpful, understanding and always ready to help you out with any career related problem. The curriculum here is also better.

I have spent 2 years in LPU what I have seen is that the LPU faculty members put in a lot of efforts to get the students placed or get a decent Internship in 2nd or 3rd year. To prepare a student such level is more valuable and putting up efforts for that is more important and that what LPU always focuses on. I don't know about SRM but yes I can tell you about LPU for CSE. As per my experience LPU is the best place for the career. I have Completed my CSE from the LPU in the year 2019. I have not faced any kind of disappointment at any phase. LPU provides the beautiful infrastructure and all required resources to students and staff. I will highly recommended that if you really want to make your career with good level of education then you should go for LPU. My Decision for LPU was best decision of my life. LPU provides specialisation also in Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Full Stack Web Development, Big Data, etc. LPU gave me extra edge in everything. LPU is Great in teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. The best thing is LPU gives the career pathways like I was interested in placements and I opted then university gave me all required and important inputs and the result was my placement in good MNC with Great Package. The maximum package was 31 Lacs per annum in that year. On Other hand my batch mates those who were interested in higher studies then university gave all required inputs according to them. So in short LPU is actually Nourish the students for better future. Rest Haters are everywhere but LPU is Best place for good career as per my experience of 4 years over there.

Based on my years of experience, I would strongly opine that you must go for LPU because of its great placement records, academics, rankings, international exposure, diversity, and so on. These are some facts and figures mentioned below which say LPU is performing excellently in today's competitive world. LPU's infrastructure is unbeatable to any other private university. Surrounded by lush green Punjab farms, and on-campus, there's so much beauty, high-tech labs, a library, a hospital, a mall, food courts, cafe. The curriculum of LPU is very competitive and in sync with industry requirements. The university is having highly qualified faculty from IITs, NITs, etc. The placement records of the university speak for themselves as they are really appreciable. His seniors have been placed in the reputed companies through on-campus placement.
