Both the courses are completely different. B.Tech is a technical line. If you are really interested in higher studies and good with Mathematics, then you should definitely go for B.Sc. But, from placement and job point of view, B.Tech is pretty good.

Both the courses have equal and great career opportunities. So, try to do that course where your interest lies and choose that branch in which you know that you will do well and become successful based on your prior knowledge, interest and likings. Institutions that offer these courses are:-
    BITS Pilani
    Lovely professional university
    PSG Technology Coimbatore
    National Institute of Engineering, Mysore
    BIT Ranchi.

    Hi Pooja
    How are you?
Well, most of the students dream to get IIT after pursuing 2-years wth PCM but you may also opt B.Sc. If you have sufficient grades in 12 then you may also go for DU or any private university.
Else B.Tech is a common course which you may perform.
So, choose according to whatever you want to be
    Thank you and keep asking!

The Bachelor of Technology is an undergraduate academic degree conferred after completion of a three-year, a four-year, or even a five-year programme of studies at an accredited university or accredited university-level institution. A Bachelor of Science is an undergraduate academic degree awarded for completed courses that generally last three to five years, or a person holding such a degree. B.Tech has more job opportunities than B.Sc.
