    If you can crack any entrance exam as JEE mains and state level as UPTU, etc. then B.Tech is good for you from central or state government universities. Otherwise, B.Sc is a better choice. With your B.Sc, you should prepare for SSC, UPSC and other competition exams.

    Dear Akshay,
    Good question as many of new generation students are confused especially in Indian Conservative States like Rajasthan, Tamilnadu etc. Progressive students always opt for B.Tech. over B.Sc. This kind of confusion arises due to emergenc of many non performing Engineering Institutions and mindset of students that degree matters. No not only degree matters, more importantly knowledge matters. many students took admission in b.tech. with assumption that this make them engineer . so they did not attend classes and not regular in studies, so been not attain job as per their expectations.
