Your salary is not decided by your field of working but depends on your capabilities and hard work with your job. So before thinking for job decide your field of interest and do best in that field definitely you are going to be have a best salary.

Electrical engineering branch has a better scope than the other two. Civil engineering stands 2nd followed by mechanical engineering on the 3rd place.
