Hi Brijesh,
All of these are good streams & it only depends on you what makes them best. If you are thinking to go for civil or mechanical engineering field then you will get decent packages and will get admission quite easily but nowadays, computer science and electronics engineers are making their places in the engineering industry. So by opting computer science or electronics engineering, you will get higher packages and more job options.
