Which is a better career option as a researcher/research scientist among M.Tech in IITB/IISc, Bangalore and M.Sc in Canada/US?

Currently, I am in 4th year of electrical engineering in NIT-Rourkela. I have done two research internships: at IISc-Bangalore (in my 2nd year) and at University of Southern California, (USC) (3rd year). I have a current CGPA of 9.75 and I have not given any English proficiency test yet.
