BCA is a three year undergraduate professional course in the field of information technology in which you will learn some programming languages like C, C+, SQL, Java, etc. Now, as the IT industry is changing dynamically. Colleges have started teaching web designing also in which you'll come to learn Photoshop, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc. So, BCA is a course which mainly focuses on management, accounting, business communication.

It is typical question, but both have there own value. Both are attached to it industry. If you want to improve skill in only software, you can go for B.Sc. It, this is best for learning for developing tools. On the other way, BCA is same. But some difference like programming as well as networking soft skill. As I say both have there own values.

Both are good and future scope course. But BCA is application base course and B.Sc. It is information technology base course. In BCA c, c+, Java all programing language learning. And B.Sc. It you have learn about operation system, data base. In my view BCA is perfect.

The opportunities are not so much within the type of degree, as it is within the individual who has the degree. Opportunities are always there. It is up to you to take advantage of them through creative and critical thinking, assertiveness, perseverance, commitment, positive attitude, and the ability to think through long-term benefits.
The most important and critical issue is your ability to create a vision for yourself. In other words, a clearly articulated picture of the future you intend to create for yourself. After you take hold of this vision, you must then develop a road-map that will bring that vision into reality. Then, you c

Depends on your long-term goals. In case you are unsure of that, you might want to consider some of these factors: The job opportunities after BCA are far better than B.Sc. The pay package that one gets after BCA will be better than what one gets after B.Sc.
    Hope this helps!

If you are from a science background and want your career in computer science, please do B.Tech CS instead of B.Sc. Hons CS.
There is no value of B.Sc. Hons CS. Eventually, you will have to do M.Sc. Or MCA. Companies prefer B.Tech students over B.Sc/ BCA/ MCA/ M.Sc students. Even if you get a job, the package will be low. After B.Sc. You will not be eligible for GATE. Now, if you are from a commerce background then do BCA instead of B.Sc. CS as it will give you more practical knowledge.
