If you are getting BCA and BTech CSE, You should join BTech, as the later has more career prospects.

Both of them have a good opportunities if u have interested in. If u want to further studies like MCA, MTECH, MBA, MSc, then BCA is good as it is 3 years degree. Likewise if u get a respected college for B.tech like NITs IITs IIITs or some of the best private college then its better to choose the same

Go for B.tech. If you'll do bca and you have to do mca after that and it'd take 6 years. And if you'll go for b.tech then it is your choice whether to study further or not cause b.tech itself is enough which is of 4 years. And if you'll do masters after that, then, it'll be a blast, and of course much better than 6 years of bca and mca.
