    If your preference is CS engineering then I would suggest B.Sc instead of B.Tech syllabus consist of 70% practical and only 30% theory. The labs are all industrial based. Authorities even assure 100% placement.

    If you want best technical placement go for btech other wise BCA is also good if you can't get admission in btech.

    After doing b.tech in cse u will easily gets a job . u will have to do mca for getting the post of software engineer in mnc . Bca does not guarantees job unlike btech . So from my point of view doing mca takes 5 years and btech takes only 4 years . So go for btech in cse

    bca is good field and b.tech is equally good. if you want to be in software field then go for bca but for technology yu can cont. With b.tech.
    but at same time yu can't compare bca or b.tech. This field are completely of different types. but anyway both field provide equal opportunities but for greater scope do master in any field.
    I will suggest you for bca course bcz practical experience is there in bca and it provides good scope in future. b tech have good scope but rush is there. I have seen b.tech student for investing very much money in that field and don't get anything in return. so its on yu decide yur carrer and search for

    B.tech is an engineering based courses which is for 4 years but bca is a 3 years courses which is better than B.tech bca has many specialisation than b.tech
