IIM A, B, C and L all of them are good. You can also go for ISB Hyderabad if you appear GMAT. Appearing GMAT will help you to get better options both India and Abroad.

If you have good marks in CAT or any of the top exams then you can opt for India's top schools like IIMs or any of the top private institute. But it would be best if you go MBA from any of the top B-schools/universities of any of the abroad countries.

In case of India for MBA there are colleges like JBIMS, Welingkar, KJ Somaiya, SP Jain, FMS Delhi, IBS Hyderabad (Executive MBA), ISB Hyderabad, Sydenham, Symbiosis this all institutes will provide you MBA degrees whereas all the IIM's provides management programs which are equivalent to MBA degrees. In case if you need to study abroad kindly search for the options by contacting with nearby abroad education forums which will guide you choose better options.

It depends on your budget and accuracy. Both are very tough to get in. IIMs are relatively very cheap than Harvard. In Harvard, you get international exposure which lacks in IIMs.
