In India, I think all the IIMs are good but I'd suggest you to go for FMS, i.e. Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi and I am not sure about abroad.

Hi Dear, top 10 institutions in our country:
    1. FMS Delhi.
    2. IIM A.
    3. IIM B.
    4. IIM C.
    5. IIM L.
    6. IIM K.
    7. JBIMS.
    8. SPJIMR.
    9. MDI - Gurgaon.
    10. XLRI. To get admission in the above mentioned colleges, you have to go through a series of exams like CAT XAT IIFT CMAT NMAT or SNAP and also an excellent percentile, then you will receive calls for the second process, I. e. What/ GD/ PI and if you are able to impress them, then you are in.

In Delhi/NCR, many colleges are there, I would suggest you for IBMR (Gurgaon). You can learn a lot from there and you can catch good package also.
