So if a degree in B.Tech (Civil engineering) is what you seek, I suggest that you do consider LPU. I have sound reasons to actually make this suggestion. Lovely Professional University is the only private university in India that has attained the NABL accreditation in the field of mechanical testing of building and construction materials. With better theoretical and practical knowledge, students are much more competent than any other university. Actually I did MBA from Lovely Professional University but I have one friend who has done B.Tech Civil Engineering From LPU. He told me B.Tech in civil engineering course involves so much more than theoretical know-how. In addition to classroom lectures, students here learn via hands-on experiences which include site visits, lab sessions and so on. PPTs, animations and similar technological techniques are a regular part of classroom teaching too. I'm alumni of lpu and from my experience, I can say lpu is the best, it has the best infrastructure and professional faculty is there who are always there for students. They conduct a series of tests in each semester consisting of CAs (continuous assessment), mid-term and end-term which helps in evaluating the students performing in the right way. This university is best for the student who really wants to learn and grow in their respected fields. So I think LPU, will give you the best opportunity to study B.Tech. Civil Engineering programme.
