Pursuing higher education can help secure better salary packages and also acquire more knowledge about the subject. If you have the mind of a scientist, then after pursuing Masters in Food Technology, you can also go for Ph.D in Food Technology and carry your research.

Both the course are good and have nice opportunities. If you take food technology it will help you to work as dietitian in hospitals and can also do as food inspectors with government. If you are doing agricultural biotechnology it will help in research centers to contribute to our agricultural sectors. Before you think about M.Sc. First do your B.Sc. Because it is the UG course and M.Sc. Is the PG course. For food technology you can do B.Sc. In food technology and for agriculture biotechnology you can do B.Sc. Biotechnology. http://www.vhluniversity.com/vhl-studies/bachelor/food-technology/career-opportunities.aspx and https://www.apn
