Both the course are good and have nice opportunities. If you take food technology it will help you to work as dietitian in hospitals and can also do as food inspectors with government. If you are doing agricultural biotechnology it will help in research centers to contribute to our agricultural sectors. Before you think about M.Sc. First do your B.Sc. Because it is the UG course and M.Sc. Is the PG course. For food technology you can do B.Sc. In food technology and for agriculture biotechnology you can do B.Sc.
