Which one is better among B.Tech in CSE and B.Sc in CS?

B.Sc. Computer Science is 3 years of Graduation course while B.Tech is 4 years of Graduation course after which you will get Engineer's Degree. B.Sc. CS will teach you about computer application but won't focus much on coding. So I would suggest you for B.Tech Computer Science.

Hello, B.Tech in CS is 4 year duration course where as B.Sc. CS is a 3 year duration course. B.Tech in CS is a professional degree where as B.Sc. In CS is a normal degree. Practical knowledge of a B.Tech in CS graduate and B.Sc. CS graduate will be different. Pay scale after securing a job for both B.Tech in CS graduate and B.Sc. CS graduate will be different. If you have some Social responsibility (like financial issues, family needs, or relocation issues) and you would like to finish your graduation as early as possible then you may select B.Sc. As it will be completed in 3 years instead of 4 years in the case of B.Tech. Also course contents and syllabus level is somewhat easier than that of B.Tech, so you may spare a good amount of time for other responsibilities or commitments. You will get more technical exposure in B.Tech. Compare to B.Sc. CS. Moreover, the first year of B.Tech course comprises of Basic knowledge of various Engineering fields like Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Computer, Mathematics, etc. Which can be very helpful in your career. If you ask my point of view for these courses I would say if you have the real enthusiasm to do something great in the field of technology and you are enrolled in premium universities like IITs, NITs, or private colleges like Lovey professional University. Then both the course are good to pursue because there is a huge crowd out. Make sure your learning is good. I am pursuing B tech in CS. At LPU. B.Sc in computer Science or B.Tech in computer Science both are better but B.Tech is more better than B.Sc. You have many options for your career after B.Tech which you can effort after B.Sc. You can do a job with decent salary after B.Tech, not after B.Sc.
