Which one is better, B.Tech (CS) or BCA?
Kindly suggest some good colleges in Maharashtra.

B.Tech with CS is a better option. The curriculum of B.Tech covers much more than BCA. Moreover B.Tech CS degree can land you a much better job as a BCA+MCA degree holder stand equal to B.Tech CS degree holder.

B.Tech in computer Science is a better option than BCA, because B.Tech gives you practically technical knowledge, which I what employers search for.

Both disciplines have different career opportunities, now depends on you in which field you want to make your career. BTech CSE/ IT is a four year higher degree course in comparison to three year BCA degree course. To get a good job BCA graduates will have to do MCA thus total years of educational becomes 6 years. Therefore, If you have an option then it will better to do BTech CSE/ IT.
