B.Tech with CS is a better option. The curriculum of B.Tech covers much more than BCA. Moreover B.Tech CS degree can land you a much better job as a BCA+MCA degree holder stand equal to B.Tech CS degree holder.

B.Tech in computer Science is a better option than BCA, because B.Tech gives you practically technical knowledge, which I what employers search for.

Both disciplines have different career opportunities, now depends on you in which field you want to make your career. If you are interested in technologies, manufacturing, engineering then go for B.Tech, it gives a number of opportunities to individuals to go ahead and shine in their live and BCA is also a good course. BTech CSE/ IT is a four year higher degree course in comparison to three year BCA degree course. To get a good job BCA graduates will have to do MCA thus total years of educational becomes 6 years. Therefore, If you have an option then it will better to do BTech CSE/ IT.
