Which one should I prefer for B.Com: Lovely Professional University, Admission Office or National P.G College (NPGC) and why?

I am not quite aware of the B.Com programme in National P. G College (NPGC) but I have come to know from one of my very close relatives that Mittal School of Business, LPU provides both B.Com and B.Com (Hons) along with various specializations which itself ranges from traditional specializations courses to the courses of the newly streamlined specialisation as per the current requirements of the job demand in the market. I am having my sister in Lovely Professional University, Punjab. She searched for the University on the basis of these parameters , Ranking, Exposure, Placements, Academics, and she seems to be satisfied while doing B.Com from LPU. University has been recognized by the UGC. Ranking is also good as it has been 11th best university in terms of placement.
Students from all over the world have been studied over there and she is having a number of friends from out side India with whom she is planning to move outside India and start a new business venture.

These two universities are of a different kind.
If we talk about Lovely Professional University, it is a really big university with a huge campus and a lot of facilities. The overall personality development is good as you get to interact with people pursuing different courses having a completely different mindset. The placements for B.Com is not very good. The number of seats is 120. I would also say there is lack of practice and skill set development. The tuition fee is INR 2.55 lakh and separate hostel fees depending on the room you take.
