    Leading languages for competitive programming:
There is a lot of overlap between C and C+ in terms of syntax, style, and functionality; nevertheless, C+ is more advanced because to its support for object-oriented programming. C+'s STL (Standard Template Library) is a potent tool that gives it an edge over competing languages. STL allows us to take part in brief competitions by making use of a predetermined data structure. PYTHON 2 is the easiest programming language to learn. You could fall in love with it because of how easy it is to use and how beautiful its syntax is. It's packed with hundreds of libraries that speed up development.

It depends upon you, in which you want to make your career, as for the software developer, you must know at least one language thoroughly. You can opt for Python as this is the world most favorite language and one of the most the easiest language.

Start with C and C+. They'll surely help you develop your base. And then as you navigate through other languages, you may choose your ideal one, Java and Python to name a few. Remember, it's not the number of languages but the problem-solving skills that matter. So practice.

It depends on your university and its curriculum. Not speaking about advanced languages, I will just suggest you to do C and C+ very well. Hope this will help you. You can ask if you have any queries in comments section.
